Principal - Geotechnical Engineering (Brisbane City)

Overview We are looking for an experienced Principal Geotechnical Engineer who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role will provide technical leadership and market-facing responsibilities for medium‑to‑large civil infrastructure projects across New South Wales and the wider Asia‑Pacific region. Responsibilities
- Provide geotechnical design advice for multi‑disciplinary projects.
- Plan project work and manage financial aspects.
- Lead and participate in design teams on medium to large projects locally, throughout New Zealand and across the Pacific.
- Network, develop and grow relationships with clients and the geotechnical business.
- Prepare winning bids.
- Promote continuous learning and improvement.
- Develop and mentor others to grow successful careers. Qualifications
• Chartered engineer with a degree in civil or geotechnical engineering.
• Strong track record in a consulting engineering or contracting environment.
• Proven technical leadership, project delivery, client relationship and staff mentoring skills.
