About the Role We are seeking experiencedPipe Fitter/Weldersto join a leading company in theoil and gas industryfor asite & workshop based role in Hemmant and the port of Brisbane. This is a long term temporary opportunityfor the right candidate to go permanent. You’ll be part of a reputable team delivering quality work across multiple sites, with opportunities for career development and travel. Key Responsibilities
- Pipe fitting, layout, and installation.
- Pipe Fabrication
- High-spec welding (GTAW/SMAW) on piping systems.
- Bolt-up and flange management.
- Working to 100% X-ray standards.
- Adhering to safety and quality procedures on-site. Qualifications & Requirements
- Trade Qualified Pipe Fitter/Welder with post-trade experience.
- Pipe Fabrication experience
- Valid Work at Heights, Confined Space, and White Card.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
- Ability to pass2 inch pipe full TIG , 3 inch pipe TIG & STICK.
- Experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial environments.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented. What’s on Offer
