- Drive sales growth and exceed revenue and gross profit targets
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits and strategic sales planning
- Deliver product training and support to customers and their teams
- Provide technical advice and industry insightsMaintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting
- Promote key programs, product launches, and marketing initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
