Queensland Sales & Partnership Manager – Transport & Mining Logistics PEP Transport has delivered freight and logistics solutions since 1968 and is expanding into Queensland. We seek an experienced Sales & Partnership Manager to spearhead growth across Brisbane and key mining regions. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is ideal for a professional with robust existing relationships in the mining and transport sectors who can open doors, build strategic partnerships, and convert opportunities into long‑term revenue. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a growth strategy across Queensland
- Leverage and expand relationships within mining and transport networks
- Identify and secure new business and develop long‑term strategic partnerships
- Manage and grow key accounts across multiple sectors
- Present tailored transport and logistics solutions across all service offerings
- Drive new business through networking, industry engagement, and proactive outreach
- Work autonomously, managing your own pipeline and territory
- Travel across Queensland and interstate as required
- Work closely with operations to onboard and support new clients What You Bring
- Proven success in sales or business development within transport, logistics, or mining
- Strong, established network within mining and/or transport sectors
- Track record of winning and growing high‑value accounts
- Highly self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
