Project Architect – Multi-Residential Projects Location: Brisbane CBD Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $120,000 + Superannuation A leading design-focused architecture practice is looking to bring on a Project Architect to support the delivery of major multi-residential projects in Brisbane. With a long-standing presence across Australia and New Zealand, the studio is known for delivering large-scale residential and masterplanned projects that contribute to the growth of urban centres. The Brisbane team is currently working across projects moving into documentation and construction, with a strong emphasis on coordination, buildability and maintaining design quality through delivery. You’ll be stepping into a hands‑on role within the delivery team, working closely with consultants, contractors and senior architects to keep projects progressing. This is a position where you’ll take ownership of coordination and documentation, while ensuring projects are resolved and delivered to programme. Role Overview This role is suited to a Project Architect with experience, particularly within multi-residential projects, moving through delivery stages. You’ll be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating consultants and supporting construction delivery, ensuring projects transition smoothly from approvals through to completion. It’s a practical, delivery‑led role suited to someone confident working across live projects. Key Responsibilities
- Manage documentation and coordination across delivery stages
- Work closely with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
- Oversee technical resolution and maintain project momentum
- Support construction phase delivery and respond to site queries
- Ensure documentation is accurate, coordinated and aligned with programme
- Assist in maintaining design intent through delivery Skills & Experience
- Relevant architectural qualification (Bachelor or Master of Architecture)
- 5+ years’ experience within an architectural practice
- Proven experience delivering multi-residential or mixed-use projects
- Solid capability across DA, documentation and construction stages
- Demonstrated ability to balance design intent with technical delivery
- Advanced Revit proficiency
