About the Company Our client is a respected, family‑owned commercial landscaping business working across Brisbane and SEQ. They partner with major builders and developers on a wide variety of projects, including high‑rise surrounds, townhouse communities, schools, industrial estates, aged‑care facilities and government infrastructure. - Work across diverse, high‑quality commercial projects. About the Role This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who has completed their landscaping trade and is ready to step up into a leadership role while still working on the tools. You will
- Lead day‑to‑day operations on commercial job sites.
- Work with a small crew (typically you + 1 labourer + machinery).
- Carry out drainage works, irrigation basics and soiling up.
- Set out plants and read landscape plans.
- Liaise with builders/site managers.
- Coordinate materials, deliveries and forward‑planning.
- Maintain site quality, safety and presentation. This is not a desk or site‑shed role
- it’s an active, outdoor position leading by example. Projects You’ll Work On Typical work includes:
- High‑rise and townhouse developments.

- Department of Housing projects.
