Key Responsibilities:
- Operating high volume dishwashing machines
- Working closely with cleaning chemicals and PPE equipment
- Supporting the Executive Chef and busy kitchen team with adhoc food prep duties
- Assisting Food and Beverage Attendants with unloading service trolleys
- plates, bowls, cutlery, kitchen equipment for cleaning
- Adhoc cleaning tasks can include fridges, floors, food service areas
- Long term training and development opportunities within our kitchen team to learn more about stores and warehousing, stock control,cookery, lounge menus, food prep, buffet style, bakery and A La Carte menus This is a fantastic environment for someone who is also passionate and cookery and would like to progress long term into a culinary career. Ongoing permanent part time position Our Lounges at the domestic and International airport terminal operate between 03:00am:01:00 am We are ideally looking for someone who would be looking to commit to an ongoing 4-5 day weekly roster. Suitable candidates will possess a current drivers license and reliable vehicle.
