Full Stack Software Developer (Brisbane City)

Software Developer | 12 Month FTC | Brisbane | $110,000-$125,000 + Super | C#, .Net, Angular, Azure, CICD, AI | Hybrid Working. About the Company Talenza is partnering with the Transformation Group to hire 6 Developers for their current client on a 12‑Month FTC starting in June. They are entering an exciting phase of growth and technology evolution, with a strong foundation already in place. The business is investing heavily in modernising its technical landscape, upskilling developers across legacy systems, and building scalable future‑ready solutions. About the Role You'll join a growing engineering function focused on delivering key transformation initiatives across the business. The role provides exposure to both modern and legacy environments, emphasizing uplifting capability and driving innovation. Key projects include:
- Migration of the existing payment platform to Stripe
- Contributing to an innovation and automation program, including AI‑driven initiatives and data upgrades
- Supporting broader transformation efforts such as warehouse optimisation, HR platform improvements, and dashboard development (“wayfinding”) This role suits someone who enjoys working across a variety of projects and wants to play a hands‑on role in modernising systems and processes. Skills & Experience
- Azure Functions and/or AWS Lambda experience
- Git and CI/CD pipeline experience
- 4–8 years of commercial development experience
- Interest in modernisation, automation, and emerging technologies (including AI)
- .NET (non‑negotiable)
- Angular (React, Vue, or other modern JavaScript frameworks also considered)
- Relational database experience
