Security - Security Officer Level 2 (Brisbane City)

As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll often be the first point of contact
- whether assisting customers with directions, responding calmly to incidents, or supporting centre operations during busy trading periods. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering high-quality, front-line customer service
- Responding to incidents, including medical and emergency situations
- Monitoring safety risks and completing accurate incident reporting
- Assisting with crowd management and conflict de-escalation
- Supporting retail centre operations and emergency response procedures
- Working collaboratively with centre management and stakeholders What You’ll Need:
- Current Victorian Security Licence with Crowd Control function
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work across a rotating roster and late nights, including weekends
- Professional presentation and a strong customer-focused attitude
