Your key responsibilities:Analyse and solve complex system and business problems and provide innovative solutions within the required timeframes.Provide expert advice and support in the assessment and review of the QH HR solution including the ability to advise on functional system behaviour.Undertake configuration and customisation activities, process design while considering the best fit to the product and business requirements.Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities):Proven experience in formulating, documenting and implementing functional specifications and process modelling and design, including sound knowledge of current Workforce Management trends, including systems integrations and service-orientated architecture.Demonstrated knowledge of relevant payroll legislation and award structures in Queensland Health.High level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders on complex business requirements and transfer knowledge to team members and clients.Why work with us?Work alongside passionate professionals in a supportive and inclusive environment that values people and prioritises employee success and wellbeing.
