- Managing a income protection and/or TPD focused portfolio from lodgement through to finalisation
- Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process to achieve return to work outcomes
- Develop claims strategies including injury management, return to work, or settlements Their background will be appreciated
- Life insurance claims assessment experience ideally across all products with DA (group or retail life insurance)
- Strong understanding of LICOP standards and claims management process
