What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll play a key role in bringing new products to life, playing a key role in supporting the launch and scale‑up into manufacturing while ensuring quality and efficiency. You’ll continuously improve formulations and processes to enhance performance and manufacturing outcomes, while monitoring existing products to maintain high standards and resolve issues through root cause analysis. Working closely with operations and R&D;, you’ll provide technical expertise across the development and manufacturing lifecycle, and identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce cycle times and optimise cost without compromising quality. - Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
- Strong analytical and complex problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
- Experience in product formulation and/or manufacturing will be highly regarded.
- Exposure to paint products and technologies is preferred.
