Customer Service Officer (Brisbane City)

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to join a busy team supporting internal and external customers with enquiries, quotations, and order processing.
- Permanent role
- Salary: $55,000 + Superannuation + Monthly Bonus
- Location: Hemmant, QLD Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email
- Process quotations, orders, returns, credits, and payments
- Maintain accurate customer records and system data
- Allocate payments and support accounts administration
- Manage web orders and follow up on quotations and projects
- Liaise with third-party vendors and support accounts payable tasks
- Order office supplies and assist with general administration About You
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and strong system accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesTeam-oriented with a positive, professional attitude

- Monthly bonus eligible to all employees, no sales required, up to $1300 per month. Based on company performance, with proven bonuses paid in prior months
