Supervisor Warehouse Operations (QLD) (Larapinta), Brisbane City

About the Role Reporting to the National Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- All aspects of working within a warehouse including the efficient receipt, storage and despatch of a wide variety of products with your team
- Co‑ordinating tasks to achieve daily KPI’s and deadlines
- Providing strong leadership, guidance and training as required
- Adhering to global SAP processes (SAP experience would be advantageous)
- Understanding the importance of Work Health and Safety (WHS) as well as company procedures, policies and vision
- All Inventory, Plant, Equipment and Consumables
- Other duties as required Qualifications (What you will bring)
- Ability to supervise, develop and lead a team of 10+ warehouse personnel
- Be an enthusiastic and agile team player with a hands‑on approach
- Ability to manage workload, multi‑task and meet required deadlines unsupervised
- Working with ERP / WMS / RF systems in a warehouse environment
- Inventory control
- Strong administration and communication skills – verbal, written and numeracy
- Sound judgement, decision making and problem solving skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to maintain cleanliness of working workplace and equipment
- Be physically fit as non‑repetitive individual lifting (up to 30Kg), bending and/or twisting is required
- Control processes affecting warehouse and personnel related costs Licenses Required
