- Solar PV & Energy Solutions Location: Sydney, NSW / Melbourne, VIC / Brisbane, QLD An established and fast‑growing global player in the renewable energy sector is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across its distribution channel network. This high‑impact role focuses on expanding market share, strengthening partner relationships, and delivering revenue growth across C&I; and small utility segments. You will take ownership of a defined territory, managing existing distributor relationships and new business development opportunities, and play a key role in positioning innovative solar, battery solutions and energy solutions in a competitive and rapidly evolving market. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to grow revenue and expand the customer base.
- Build, manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, installers and key channel partners.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, maintaining a strong and active sales pipeline.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to deal closure and post‑sale support.
- Deliver against sales targets (revenue, volume, margin and market share).
- Provide technical and commercial guidance to customers to support project‑specific needs.
- Monitor market activity, competitor trends and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and client meetings. About You
- Proven sales experience in Solar PV or renewable energy technologies.
- Strong background in channel sales or distribution sales models.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and acquiring new customers.
- Ability to manage complex sales processes involving both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Commercially astute with an understanding of project economics and customer requirements.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working autonomously. Advantages
