- End‑to‑end order processing and administration
- Managing existing B2B customer enquiries via email and phone (approx. 10 calls per week)
- Liaising with the warehouse and distribution team regarding orders and deliveries
- Coordinating with factories on non‑standard or specialised products
- Organising freight and tracking deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records within internal system The Successful Applicant We are looking for someone who brings stability, reliability and a strong work ethic, along with:
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, order processing or administration (B2B experience highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a fully office‑based role
- Ability to learn systems and product information quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A team‑focused mindset and positive, professional attitude Experience using ERP systems (such as SAP or similar) will be highly regarded but is not essential. What's on Offer
