- Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms, ensuring a smooth and productive experience for all guests.
- Provide detailed information on room types, rates, availability, and special offers, tailoring recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Process, modify, and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies.
- Offer personalised services for VIP guests and special events, ensuring every detail is handled with care.
- Collaborate closely with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Sales teams to ensure smooth guest transitions from reservation to check-in.
- Maintain and update guest profiles, ensuring preferences and special requests are recorded for future stays.
- Monitor inventory and room availability to maximise hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Resolve guest issues or booking discrepancies in a professional and courteous manner.
- Keep up to date with hotel promotions, packages, and services to effectively upsell and enhance the guest experience. Qualifications

- Outstanding professional communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently on the phone for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Understanding of Opera Cloud, Fastcom, Resaweb preferred.
