We are looking for an Associate Specialist, Warehouse Operations to join our team at the Murarrie location. What You’ll Do
- Consistently follow the established Cosmetic Grading process to deliver product quality assessments of laptops and desktop computers.
- Consistently follow the Windows Imaging process and undertake basic hardware diagnosis tasks.
- Focus on delivering consistent results while following the Windows Quality Assurance process.
- Conduct basic repairs on our products, such as installing new batteries or changing RAM and storage devices.
- Collaborate with teammates on general warehouse duties as directed, including cleaning, sorting, picking, and packing. What You’ll Bring
- 1‑2 years of experience in computer knowledge.
- Robust knowledge of computer repairs and parts.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position.
- Take pride in and champion excellent organisational skills. What We Offer

- Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm – 38 hours per week.
