Acting as the bridge between customer requirements and engineering delivery, you’ll translate needs into practical, sustainable, and commercially viable solutions. Day‑to‑day, you’ll be required to:
- Leading solution discovery activities with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Translating operational requirements into structured technical solutions, operating models, and service propositions
- Supporting bid development through compelling technical proposals, win themes, and solution narratives
- Collaborating with engineering, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure feasibility and integration
- Presenting solutions in customer workshops, technical briefings, and bid defence discussions This role is based at Jakarta, Indonesia. Essential experience
- Demonstrating experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or complex technical bid environments
- Working within defence, aerospace, engineering, or other complex technical sectors
- Translating customer needs into practical, deliverable, and commercially sound solutions
- Communicating effectively through technical writing, presentations, and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in a structured and solution-focused way Qualifications
