As part of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our full range of gases, welding, and safety equipment to a diverse range of customers. What You Will Enjoy Doing
- Deliver technical support and solutions with an outstanding customer experience
- Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner
- Build robust collaborative relationships with your team as well as other departments
- Identify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processes
- Contribute to the overall branch performance
- Accurately and timely process orders in SAP
- Comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures What Makes You Great
- Experience in a retail sales environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus on customer service
- SAP skills are desirable
- Welding, Fabrication or similar trade knowledge would be highly regarded
