Ready to Transform the Cloud Sales World? We're on the lookout for passionate go‑getters to join us as Sales Development Representatives – Cloud & Channel Partners! The Cloud Generation Specialist II (CGS II) at Pax8 plays a crucial role in helping our partners sell Cloud Services to prospects. You'll assess needs, set appointments for our Channel Account Managers, and convert leads to opportunities to drive adoption of relevant cloud SaaS vendors for Pax8's newest partners. Your primary success metrics will be securing signed partners to the Pax8 platform each month and leveraging Pax8's technical team to increase potential partner monetisation on Cloud Software, Security, Academy, and Professional Service products. Location: Onsite in Brisbane, Australia What You'll Do
- Make 40+ daily calls to introduce Pax8 Cloud Services
- Use email & social media to recruit current Channel Partners
- Provide product overviews, set appointments, and drive adoption
- Partner with SMBs to propose solutions in Cloud Software, Security, SoS, Academy & Professional Services
- Maintain Salesforce data integrity and grow net-recent business
- Convert leads into opportunities using frameworks like SPIN
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Build a strong pipeline to hit monthly activation targets Ideal Skills & Experience
- Social media savvy (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
- Experience in lead generation, sales, or tech sales (cloud/security/AI a plus)
- Technical aptitude with Microsoft Cloud & SaaS platforms
- Energy to make 40+ calls daily with positivity
- Independent yet collaborative team player
- Explicit communicator (email & phone)
- Coachable, eager to learn, and passionate about sales
- Solid relationship‑building and negotiation skills
