You will need to be able to work autonomously as you will be the only person in the kitchen. - Lead daily kitchen and catering operations
- Prepare and present high-quality meals
- Manage food and operational costs effectively
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Daily food production for up to 24 Sisters
- Maintain robust service standards and efficient kitchen workflows
- Oversee the rostering of the weekend chef and weekend operations Desired Skills and Experience
- Trade Qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Proven experience in kitchen operations and/or site management, including managing food costs
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a hands‑on approach
