Administration And Tech Support Banyo (Brisbane City)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration professional to join our E-Core division. In this pivotal role, you will provide administrative and technical support to our Technical Team and Licensees, while helping coordinate inventory, testing activities, and customer support functions. - Provide general administrative support to the Technical Team
- Assist with procurement, purchasing, and inventory coordination
- Support third‑party fire testing administration (POs, job numbers, reconciliations, invoicing)
- Maintain materials and consumables for test doors
- Support Customer Service with enquiries and provide backup to Operations when required Skills & Qualifications
- Robust communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Team‑focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in procurement or manufacturing (advantageous, not essential)
- SAP experience (preferred, not essential)
