Marketing Manager (Brisbane) (Brisbane City)

What this job involves We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our retail centre in Brisbane on a Fixed Term Contract for 9 months. The Marketing Manager is responsible for successfully and consistently marketing the shopping centre's brand, values, and showcasing its difference within the market. This role will create and execute the marketing strategy in line with the required budget, ensuring the centre is well presented, the message is consistent with the client's requirements, and that activities are well planned and executed. Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive centre growth and profitability.
- Manage marketing budget and provide financial reporting to clients.
- Analyse sales and traffic data, monitoring retailer performance.
- Create and maintain digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Build community and retailer relationships.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
- Manage PR, advertising, and media relationships.
- Report to Centre Manager with responsibility for the centre's marketing performance and ROI.
- Demonstrate experience driving sales and traffic in a retail environment. Qualifications
- Tertiary degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Highly organised with an ability to demonstrate the link between marketing activity and investment performance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence decision‑making with peers and the client.
