As we grow, we’re on the hunt for a Desktop Support Officer to join our team in Brisbane to deliver high‑quality onsite technical support to our customers. The role is a 3–6 month contract with the possibility of extension. Your role will be to provide friendly and knowledgeable support to customers with a positive, can‑do attitude. You will interact with a wide array of technology, including Macs, PCs, tablet devices, server systems, network infrastructure, and voice platforms, although most server and network elements will be managed by our specialist teams. What You’ll Do:
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations for customer systems.
- Build personable relationships with end‑users.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Seek customer feedback and actively improve performance.
- Identify and develop procedures for new or undocumented requests.
- Keep documentation and procedures up to date.
- Take ownership of day‑to‑day technology issues and coordinate with external 3rd‑party organisations.
- Work with teams across the business to ensure successful outcomes for customers. What You’ll Bring:
