As a Senior Interior Designer, you’ll be an integral part of our design team, working on a diverse range of projects across workplace and health sectors. You’ll collaborate with architects, strategists, and other designers to create thoughtful and innovative interior environments that enhance how people live, work, and connect. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept through to completion, ensuring design excellence and innovation.
- Develop and present compelling design concepts, material palettes, and spatial strategies.
- Oversee/participate in documentation, ensuring high- quality detailing and technical accuracy.
- Manage client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to coordinate design intent and project delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their qualified growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices to inform innovative solutions. Qualifications About you:
