- Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling and prioritising meetings, appointments and commitments
- Screen and manage the Director's inbox, drafting responses and flagging what needs attention
- Prepare briefing notes, agendas, presentations and reports ahead of key meetings
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics and manage expense reconciliation
- Attend meetings, record accurate minutes and follow up on actions and delegations
- Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders reaching out to the Director
- Assist the CEO and senior team with administrative tasks What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to a senior leader
- Strong diary and inbox and time management with the ability to juggle competing demands
- High level of discretion and professionalism — you handle sensitive information with care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Initiative — you're proactive and anticipate what is needed, long before it happens
