- yes, you can ride to work), you'll be the person our customers turn to when they need guidance, reassurance, or just someone who genuinely knows their stuff. Whether you're helping a first-time buyer find their perfect commuter bike or smoothly resolving a delivery issue for a weekend warrior, your work directly drives customer loyalty and sales growth across the country. - Turning inbound enquiries into sales by genuinely matching customers with the right products and services
- Supporting 99 Bikes stores with website order queries via phone and email
- Working confidently across multiple web-based platforms
- Picking up new systems quickly and helping troubleshoot customer issues as they come up What You Bring
- Experience in a customer service or helpdesk environment
- A sales-curious mindset -you enjoy converting a conversation into a happy customer
- Strong communication skills, warm and professional in equal measure
- Adaptability and composure when things get busy or complex
