Process Worker (Compounding Assistant) (Brisbane City)

Process Worker – Compounding Assistant This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Coorparoo Compounding Team on a Permanent, Full-Time basis. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about making a difference, a great team player, flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude. Our site operational hours are from 07:00 am to 21:00 pm with multiple shifts available. The main purpose of this role is to support efficient and accurate production of Baxter Healthcare’s compounded products. Duties & Responsibilities
- Picking and preparing raw materials
- Labelling, inspection and sealing of compounded products
- Packing of finished units for each order including final inspection of products
- Labelling and dispatching of prepared products
- Maintaining and housekeeping of work area consumables
- Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Adhering to Baxter’s Standard Operating Procedures
- Other duties as required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, manufacturing or warehousing would be advantageous
- Demonstrate a good understanding of basic mathematics
- Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Be able to use computer systems
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals in a fast‑paced environment
- Have good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Executing repetitive tasks in a consistent and accurate manner
- Provide assistance in environments with defined procedures and protocols
- Adapt to shift work schedules as needed
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Training/Orientation Training/orientation will require flexibility for approximately one week with shift times ranging between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Internal Title & Conditions
