- Lead daily kitchen and catering operations
- Prepare and present high-quality meals
- Manage food and operational costs effectively
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Daily food production for up to 24 Sisters
- Maintain strong service standards and efficient kitchen workflows
- Oversee the rostering of the weekend chef and weekend operations Desired Skills and Experience
- Trade Qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
