Due to growth of our Brisbane office, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join on a full-time basis. Mutual trust and respect are at the heart of everything we do. The Role Due to the growth of our Brisbane team, an exciting chance has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join on a full-time basis. As a Legal Assistant you will work closely with Partners and their teams within our Litigation and Transactional practice groups. Responsibilities will include the following:
- Answering phone calls and assisting with client enquiries;
- Preparing legal documents;
- Diary management;
- Mail merging documents and formatting;
- File management; and Who We Are Looking For Ideally you will have at least 1-2 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant in either a litigious or transactional practice area. You will bring a client service focus with excellent communication and diary management skills. You will be proficient in Microsoft Suite and formatting, as well as good typing experience. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, have good attention to detail and a proven history of meeting deadlines. The core office hours are 8.30am to 5pm.
