- Being the welcoming first point of contact for customers, residents and visitors
- Managing front‑of‑house operations and maintaining a professional, well‑presented reception area
- Handling enquiries across phone, email, digital platforms and in person
- Supporting the leasing and property teams with administration, documentation and data entry
- Coordinating move‑ins, move‑outs and welcome packs
- Assisting with events, communications and customer feedback
- Monitoring and allocating customer queries to ensure timely resolution What we're looking for:
- A genuine interest in real estate and property management
- A customer‑first mindset and strong communication skills
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systemsA collaborative team player who values learning, mentoring and personal growth
