About the role The Human Resources Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing HR operations across multiple regions. This is a hands‑on role, combining strategic input with day‑to‑day delivery across the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to senior leadership, you will partner closely with stakeholders while leading a small HR team and ensuring the smooth running of HR and payroll functions. - Proven experience in a senior HR Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong capability across employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Experience overseeing payroll and understanding of legislative obligations
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation including Fair Work and Modern Awards
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on in a rapid‑paced environment
