As we grow, we're looking for a Senior Service Engineer to join our Brisbane team and help shape the next generation of our platform. This is a hands‑on engineering role where you'll work at the heart of our move to Kubernetes, helping modernise how we build, deploy, and run our SaaS platform. You'll be part of a collaborative team solving real infrastructure challenges, building scalable systems, and making deployment smoother, faster, and more reliable across the business. - Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation and Helm
- Help design and deliver new Kubernetes capabilities as part of our platform modernisation
- Automate complex deployment and infrastructure processes to improve reliability and speed
- Strengthen security and compliance using modern cloud‑native tooling
- Share knowledge and mentor others across the engineering team
- Develop deep expertise in our platform and support cluster maintenance and upgrades
- Apply strong engineering practices to testing, performance, and system reliability Qualifications
- A passion for modern infrastructure and cloud‑native engineering
- Strong experience with AWS (Azure is a bonus)
- Hands‑on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation and Kubernetes (Helm)
- 5+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, or similar roles
- A background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar
- Comfort working independently and as part of a highly collaborative team
- Experience with tools like Git, Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines Benefits
