- Tuesday to Saturday roster The Opportunity We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic and collaborative Operations team in our newly built distribution centre in Brisbane Airport. In this role, you will be working in a fast‑paced operations environment, providing a high level of phone‑based customer service and operational support to all our customer’s stores. This would be a good prospect for someone looking to grow and develop their career and learn from ground up. Day to Day Responsibilities
- Provide high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Be responsible for receipt and amendment of customer orders in the system
- Advise customers of changes in item numbers and products as well as out of stock items
- Have a clear understanding of ongoing promotions and promotional products and advise customers of any order/inventory level changes accordingly
- Liaise with warehouse and transport departments to process additional orders
- Be responsible for complaint handling and resolution and ensure credits are processed in a timely manner About You
- Be a self‑starter who can manage your own time and prioritise your workload in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to problem solve and develop solutions
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team‑oriented environment to achieve shared goals and objectives
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to follow through
- Previous experience using CRM & WMS systems, would be advantageous
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Training and Development We understand the importance of ongoing growth and development.
