You'll also provide proactive support to the Director, helping deliver meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.What we're looking forOur ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines and commitments.High level of interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, incorporating the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of health service providers and the general public, utilising discretion and confidentiality in the management of information.Ability to work autonomously and act as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team to provide an effective customer focused service.Problem solving skills, and the ability to perform duties on a day-to-day basis in the absence of decision makers. The ability to establish work priorities and meet deadlines when work priorities conflict.Mandatory Requirements:Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld), there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.
