- Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience.
- Technical capability in administering corporate applications, including system configuration, performance monitoring, implementation activities, and ensuring stable and secure system operations.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with advanced troubleshooting and sound professional judgement.
- Experience engaging with stakeholders, translating requirements into well‑designed technical solutions and implementing them with suitable tools and methodologies.
- Organisational skills including time management, prioritisation, work under pressure, and producing high‑quality work within tight commitments.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills with experience communicating complex technology issues clearly at all organisational levels.
