The Role Our HSE Advisors are hands‑on construction professionals who take a proactive approach to safety. By working closely with our site teams and understanding the build process inside and out, you’ll lead by example every day to ensure the highest safety standards are met. We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has a Safety First mindset
- Has solid experience in health and safety on commercial construction sites
- Brings strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Is confident being a consistent, visible presence on site
- Works collaboratively and supports their team
- Holds at least a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent); a trade qualification is a bonus. McNab Benefits
