About The Role We are looking for a full‑time Referrer Help Desk Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. The Referrer Help Desk team provides outstanding service and a high level of care to our referrers, patients and doctors. The role is predominantly phone based, and our staff are well trained to provide technical support across a number of internal platforms. We pride ourselves on the level of customer service we provide, building enduring and long‑lasting relationships with all stakeholders. About You
