Electrical Design Manager (Renewables) (Brisbane), Brisbane City

Electrical Design Manager We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Manager to lead electrical design across major renewable energy projects in Queensland. These projects are part of a ~1.8GW solar and battery portfolio, delivering large-scale renewable generation and energy storage to support Queensland's energy transition. Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design delivery across large‑scale solar and BESS projects.
- Manage design consultants and ensure integration with construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Drive value engineering, cost optimisation and design performance outcomes.
- Oversee programme delivery, reporting and stakeholder coordination. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 12+ years' experience with 3–5 years leading engineering teams.
- Proven experience in solar or renewable energy project delivery.
- Solid understanding of full lifecycle design management in infrastructure.
