In response to our continued growth and projected workload, we are now seeking expressions of interest for a Senior Project Manager based in Brisbane or Sydney to join our New Projects Consulting team. Opportunities will arise throughout the remainder of 2026. This is a fantastic prospect for someone passionate about our ERP systems and helping customers achieve their goals. What you’ll be doing… This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the implementation of our market‑leading software. You’ll partner closely with our consultants and customers to guide them through their transformation journey, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and successfully. You’ll bring strong project management discipline, build trusted relationships, and help drive meaningful outcomes for our customers.
- Collaborate with consultants and customers to support the creation of tailored solution designs
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Apply strong project governance to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks effectively
- Foster a positive team culture, supporting consultants and contributing to continuous improvement
- Work closely with customers to support solution adoption and help them realise project benefits
- Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes and customer experience
- Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders across all levels
- Experience delivering ERP or enterprise software projects, typically ranging from small to mid‑scale in complexity
- Experience coordinating vendors or subcontractors
- Background in consulting, vendor, or internal project delivery environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams concurrently
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, communicate effectively, and build trust
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with strong documentation and reporting capability
- A Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, etc.) is advantageous Why Join us?
