- You hold a university degree level (bachelor or higher)
- Able to commit to completing our full 2.5-year graduate program
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, paired with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Eligibility to work in Australia(citizen or permanent resident)
- Relocation may be required for client projects, primarily in Sydney and Melbourne. FDM offers a relocation package and connects you with other consultants for support. Our consultants attend the office for client assignments. Most roles offer a hybrid arrangement, with 3-5 days in the office, depending on the client.
