Azure Integration Engineer (Brisbane City)

DWS is seeking a Senior Azure Integration Engineer to join a large‑scale enterprise environment, working on complex and business‑critical integration solutions. This is an opportunity to play a key technical leadership role, designing and delivering secure, scalable, and cloud‑native integrations using Microsoft Azure. Where: Brisbane Type: Permanent Start: ASAP Style: Hybrid; 3+ days onsite Salary: Up to $200k inc super Responsibilities
- Designing and developing robust integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, App Service, Key Vault, and Application Insights
- Designing and implementing secure, scalable APIs using JWT and subscription key validation with Azure AD
- Architecting and developing data flows leveraging Azure Storage, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB
- Applying best practices in cloud computing, PaaS, API‑first and event‑driven architectures
- Collaborating with Business Analysts, Testers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end integration solutions
- Automating infrastructure provisioning using Bicep templates and supporting CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps
- Ensuring compliance with security standards including key rotation, access control, and secret management
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers Qualifications & Experience
- Very strong hands‑on experience with Azure Integration Services including Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and API Management
- Strong experience working with Azure Key Vault, Application Insights, Azure AD, Azure Storage, Cosmos DB, and Azure SQL
- Expert‑level capability with .NET Core and contemporary programming paradigms
- Deep understanding of cloud‑native design patterns, event‑driven architecture, and pub‑sub models
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps including pipelines, repositories, and release management
- Proven ability to design and deliver secure, resilient, and high‑performance integration solutions
