- Build and manage a desk across real estate and property development
- Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts
- Source, engage, and manage candidates across the property sector
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Provide market insights and strategic hiring advice to clients
- Negotiate offers and manage placements through to completion About You
- Experience in recruitment or a background in real estate/property (looking to transition)
- Robust business development and relationship management skills
- Commercially driven with a results-focused mindset
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
