About the Role An exciting chance has opened up with a local Bracken Ridge Agency for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a supportive and high‑performing team. With future leadership potential, this role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years or more experience who is looking to take the next step in their career. Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a residential portfolio of 120 properties end to end
- Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
- Handle arrears management and rental follow ups
- Coordinate maintenance and liaise with trades
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensure compliance and accurate record keeping What’s on Offer

- 3–4+ years experience in Property Management
- Strong knowledge of PM processes and legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
