- Drive Design Excellence: Lead and manage the design development of diverse projects, ensuring high‑quality deliverables across the studio.
- Manage Project Lifecycles: Oversee a variety of scales from concept to delivery, ensuring they remain on budget and strictly on schedule.
- Expand Business Horizons: Source new work opportunities and lead the writing of submissions to grow the firm’s portfolio.
- Cultivate Partnerships: Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients to drive professional outcomes.
- Lead and Mentor: Train, assess, and develop team members, delegating tasks effectively to achieve project deadlines.
- Execute Technical Duties: Undertake site inspections, cost planning, documentation, detailing, and specification writing.

- Advanced Academic Background: A Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or an equivalent skill set, such as Architecture with horticulture or ecology training.
