It’s an exciting time for the group, with San Telmo Brisbane — our first interstate expansion — opening at the end of June 2026. San Telmo Brisbane, much like our flagship Melbourne venue, will be a premium Argentinian steakhouse bringing fire‑driven cooking, bold South American flavours and high‑energy hospitality to the Brisbane CBD. Responsibilities
- Creating and publishing engaging “lo‑fi” content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, including video, photography and behind‑the‑scenes storytelling
- Managing social media channels, community engagement and a consistent content calendar aligned with the San Telmo brand aesthetic
- Designing, executing and optimising Meta and Google Ads campaigns to drive bookings, covers and event enquiries
- Coordinating EDM campaigns, website updates, promotions and seasonal marketing initiatives across digital platforms
- Building relationships with local businesses, corporate partners and venue teams to grow brand awareness, repeat business and authentic in‑service content opportunities Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation or brand marketing, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle or premium consumer brands
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, EDM platforms and current digital marketing best practices
- Excellent content creation, copywriting and communication skills, including videography, photography, editing and Canva design work
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
