- Play a leadership role in process planning and design for water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
- Deliver high-quality process investigations, analysis and design across the full design lifecycle.
- Be recognized as a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Leads and wins work and market‑led innovative offerings. Take a leading role in driving proposals and our pursuit strategy.
- Provide technical governance / design reviews.
- Mentor and coach developing team members. What you will bring to the team:
- Engineering degree and RPEQ, or ability to obtain.
- Significant relevant experience in wastewater treatment process engineering, ideally gained within a consultancy setting.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in the operation, planning and/or design of wastewater treatment process infrastructure and associated works.
- Experience with leading and supporting delivery of bids for local and national clients.
