Export Documentation & Logistics Officer About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented Export Documentation Officer to support the smooth coordination of national and international shipments. You will play a critical role in preparing and processing export documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Working closely with internal teams, freight providers, and international partners, you will helpfacilitateefficient cargo movements. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-pacedlogisticsenvironment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process export documentation, invoices, and manifests in line with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with processing plants to ensuretimelyreceipt of all required documentation
- Liaise with freight companies, cold storage facilities, and shipping lines to organise cargo movements
- Manage stakeholder relationships including overseas brokers, customers, and internal teams
- Monitor freight progress, track shipments, and ensure compliance with international import/export regulations About You Youare a highly organised and proactive professional with experience in export documentation orlogistics. You have a strong understanding of compliance requirements and take a meticulous approach to your work. Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, you communicate effectively and build robust relationships. You thrive under pressure, managing competing deadlines whilemaintainingaccuracy. - Strong knowledge of international trade documentation and customs/export compliance requirements
- High levelof accuracy with experience processing invoices in multiple currencies (USD & AUD)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
- Relevant experience in export documentation, freightforwarding, orlogistics, along with any applicable industry certifications or qualifications Benefits
