Job Description This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer who is proactive and driven. Whether you prefer working from home, the office, or a mix of both — we’ll support what works for you. You’ll use your end-to-end QLD conveyancing experience to supercharge our high performing team, partnering closely with our QLD Team Leader and Settlement Team. This role is not about repetitive file pushing
- it’s a dynamic hybrid position where you will:
- Conduct contract reviews and oversee contract drafting
- Perform QA and settlement checks
- Lead and support team training
- Shape and refine best practice- processes
- Guide clients throughout their conveyancing experience
- Continue to master QLD conveyancing while learning other jurisdictions If you love improving systems, testing current ideas, lifting others up, and challenging the status quo — you’ll feel right at home here. Your skills and experience
- Have at least 18 months' experience in a high-volume conveyancing environment
- Are admitted to the Supreme Court and hold a valid Practising Certificate
- Want to combine hands -on conveyancing with process improvement- project
- People who want to be heard. Take control of your role and dictate preferred processes to make things better. We back you in 100%
- Have provided support across the full residential conveyancing journey including for contract reviews, contract drafting, transfer matters, off-the-plan reviews, negotiations with various stakeholders, liaising with authorities and assisting to sign off on settlements
